About
Brooks Digi was formed in 2015 by veteran digital tech George Brooks.
George holds a BFA from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts Photography & Imaging Program and has been trained as a Phase One Certified Professional. He began working as a full time digital tech in 2012, but his interest in the intersection between art and technology started much earlier. At the age of 8, a family friend gifted him a vintage Minolta which began a lifelong obsession with photography. He built his first computer later that year.
George combines technical expertise with an obsession for workflow efficiency and image quality to aid photographers in realizing their creative vision while providing an industry leading client experience that reinforces photographer-client relationships.
After 8 fantastic years of “boot camp” in New York City, George relocated back to his hometown Los Angeles in 2018, where he officially incorporated Brooks Digi.
Through Brooks Digi, Inc. George offers expanded digital capture, post production, and other still imaging related services through an extensive network of highly trained and experienced digital techs and other industry professionals.
